oryt..its official,weight losing program starts in a few days time..the boys and i r on a new project.staying fit,tryin 2 shed those unwanted pounds and getting tht GQ bod..well yeah its close to impossible, so to keep it realistic, we'll just aim at thos hero-remaja-flabby-but-tough-wannabe-guys..
so heres how it'll work:
STEP 1
stop eating uncontrolably, which means restraining from fast food definitely (jgn follow jo mkn McD)
STEP 2
commit in our exercises..bring raquets next sem coz we gonna badminton often,3 times a week..n yeah swimming trunks definitely..(girls dont get naughty we look quaterly as attractive as we do with our clothes on)
STEP 3
dont condemn each other..suuport each other..tink of it as an A.A meeting, but for weihgt challenged people
3 steps is all it takes..so basically after next sem,we're all aiming 4 CLEO's most eligible bachelor for real..fight fatness among university students..we're not yet married for God's sake..take pride in d way u look..hehe
